I’ve appreciated Jordan Toyota from the moment I purchased my Rav 4 in 2010. I’ve continued to return for service and have always been very pleased, but yesterday was a step beyond, both in the service department and the body shop. As I paid for my service and oil change, I realized I’d forgotten my rebate coupon from the last oil change. No problem-I was given a stamped, self addressed envelope, on which the cashier wrote my current invoice. She told me to send it in, and she’d credit me with that rebate. Wow! I was impressed!Then I stopped by the body shop. I’d hit the front fender, which was loose. I thought the whole bumper would have to be removed and reseated, but instead, I was told “Wait a minute, I’ll get a tool.” My fender was reattached in less than 5 minutes-no charge and I was happily on my way. Kudos to you folks at Jordan Toyota. Thank you so much!
Dawn Myers was exceptional. I recommend her to anyone. I was treated like I was the only customer she had. Dawn has helped me after the sale several times.
