Service Advantages at Jordan Toyota

Jordan Automotive Group guarantees to the original retail purchaser of a paid service repair, that we will repair or replace any Eligible Parts (as defined below) that fail under normal use conditions within 3 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, of the date of purchase appearing on the Service Customer’s repair order.

The Service Customer must bring the vehicle to Jordan Automotive Group to honor the warranty. In the event you are in an emergency situation and cannot return to Jordan Automotive Group, we may still be able to honor this guarantee, provided, before any parts are replaced or repaired, prior approval is obtained from Jordan Automotive Group.

 

We will repair or replace Eligible Parts with new or remanufactured parts free of charge, including related labor. However, in the event that new or remanufactured parts are not available, we reserve the right to refund to the Service Customer, the original amount paid for the Eligible Parts and related labor.

Details: We work on your schedule, not ours. Just drop your vehicle off when you want and we will provide same day service for most maintenance.

Details: Before any work begins, we will provide you with a complete and detailed quote for the work that needs to be performed and we guarantee you won’t be charged a penny more than promised for the service.
3. FIXED-RIGHT GUARANTEE

Advantage:
If It Breaks, We Will Fix It For Free.

Details: You won’t pay for the same repair twice. If any covered repair we make fails within 3 years or 50,000 miles, we’ll fix it free of charge. That includes parts and labor.

This guarantee is not transferable and DOES NOT cover the following:  Failure due to negligence, alteration, misuse, accident, or use for which the part or parts were not designed or approved by the part manufacturer.

Aftermarket Parts  Part(s) repaired or replaced under any other applicable new or used vehicle warranty. Part(s) used in commercial applications or used in racing or other competitions. Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, towing charges, consequential damages or other economic loss. Damage due to lack of maintenance (use of wrong fluids, refrigerant, fuel, oil, or lubricants). Incomplete repairs performed at the Service Customer’s request.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE ELIGIBLE PARTS. ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
Eligible Parts Any new or remanufactured part replaced at this dealership at the sole expense of the Service Customer excluding: tires, brakes, filters, fluids, antifreeze, refrigerant, wiper blades, spark plugs, light bulbs, manual clutch disc, DVD entertainment system, Audio Components, interior trim items, and glass.
